Samaa Abu Allaban is a visual artist born in Jabaliya, in the Gaza Strip, where she currently resides. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, and her work explores questions of identity and its intersections with the human experience. Samaa engages with a variety of media—including animation and digital tools—to delve into the depths of human emotion and memory. Her art reflects the complexities of home, resilience, and the transformative power of oral history.
Constantly pushing the boundaries of traditional art forms, Samaa strives to evoke deep emotional responses and provoke critical reflection. Her innovative works have been exhibited both locally and abroad.
